With over a decade’s experience in digital marketing, Caroline holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in E-Commerce from HEC Montréal. She began her career at L’Oréal Canada working on various brands in the portfolio, including Lancôme and Kérastase.

For the past 5 years, she has been running her own agency, Billy.Social, specialized in digital performance. She helps several B2B and B2C clients implement and manage various digital assets in content marketing, advertising management and data analytics, with the aim of achieving business results aligned with her clients’ needs. She facilitates understanding of these key pillars to promote sustainable integration of inbound marketing techniques into their digital transformation projects.
