How do you create an engaging and stimulating user experience? 

You have probably already heard about UX (user experience) in the last few years. UX is the experience of the users who visit your website, application or other platforms. The user experience is based on the efficiency, simplicity, ergonomics and optimal navigation of your platforms.

The more optimal the user experience, the more it will be a vector of loyalty. If the user is able to find answers to his questions in a simple and quick way, then he will stay on your pages for a long time and come back regularly.

By analyzing exactly how your customers interact with your website or platforms throughout the conversion funnel, you will then be able to create a much more satisfying and optimized overall experience.   

In addition to providing a smooth and clear path for users, you need to give them access to interesting and diverse content to keep them entertained, connected and satisfied. This way, you will increase the interest and engagement rate of your community. 

First, diversify your content by offering not only images, but also videos, photos, stories, GIFs, texts, etc. Secondly, make sure to put your main message and the information you want to convey, in the forefront. Consumers are lazy and don’t like to search for information. Make it easy for them and make the information obvious with headlines, original typography and impactful colors. Your message will stand out and your users will easily find what they need.  

While it’s important to vary the elements, make sure every decision you make is consistent with your brand identity. Before developing your strategy, you have inevitably done some work to determine your brand image. This is extremely important because it is through these attributes that the consumer is able to quickly identify your brand.

Don’t forget the key to conversion! Call-to-action buttons. In addition to promoting conversion by proposing a desired action to consumers, they also help create a link with the consumer. Here are a few examples:

  • Add to cart

To provide the best experience for your users, your content must be designed and oriented to make it easy for them to sort and find information. Whether your consumer is on your pages for the first time, or is a regular, you need to establish a clear and fluid path that will allow them to find the information they are looking for in addition to efficiently directing them through the conversion tunnel.
